2. Pre-Orders

Certain products are sold as pre-orders. Pre-order items may require additional time for production and fulfillment.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided on the product page and may vary depending on production volume and other circumstances.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer.

Customized and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law or in cases involving an incorrect or defective item.

4. Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials and goods may have already been purchased or production may have started.

5. Shipping

Orders may take up to 2–4 weeks to process and ship, depending on the product and order volume.

After an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of GothDungeons' control. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, including delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. GothDungeons is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

All original branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, and other materials displayed on the GothDungeons website are the property of GothDungeons or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
