At GothDungeons, many of our products are made specifically for each order. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

🖤 Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Customized and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun.

⏳ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled before processing begins.

Once your pre-order has entered the processing/production stage, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as materials and goods for your order may have already been purchased and production may have started.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

❌ Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, particularly for customized, made-to-order, or pre-order items.
